Damien advises, assists and represents French and foreign companies, as well as copyright and other intellectual property designers and inventors, across a wide range of sectors (including advertising, agri-food, pharmaceutical, IT, finance).

A member of the Paris Bar for more than twenty years, Damien has practiced law in French and international law firms (Freshfields, Paris and London) and thereafter co-founded a firm specializing in business law as the head of its intellectual property and commercial litigation practice. Damien Challamel is regularly quoted and recommended by Legal 500. He practices in both French and English and is fluent in Italian.
